Friday was Bryce's first birthday! Can you believe he's one! On Saturday we had his monkey themed birthday party at the park. It was so much fun to just have all our family there to help us celebrate.
Here Bryce is covering his ears as we sang to him the Happy Birthday song.
At first he looked at the cake kinda in shock that we were giving the whole thing to him. He then picked at it and ate it one little tiny piece at a time but finally he go into it and smeared it all over.
Bryce was a little to overwhelmed when opening presents. He wanted to play with them instead of open the next one.
We went to the doctor today and here are Bryce's stats:
Weight:25 lbs and 5 oz
Height: 31 inches
And the doctor says he's perfect!
He sleeps through the night. Yay!!!
Bryce is now walking all over the place and is very proud of himself.
He says Dad, Mama, Baba(bottle), this, makes vroom vroom noises when playing with cars and also makes sizzling noises when hanging out in the kitchen with me and playing with utensils.
He loves the swings and cries when its time to get off.
He loves playing with his toys and especially loves playing with daddy.
He likes to eat anything mommy or daddy is eating and likes cheetos alot.
He likes to rock back and forth to music and look out the window.
His favorite game is peek-a -boo.
Bryce can wave bye bye.
He just amazes me everyday with what new thing he can do.
Bryce is a joy and blessing in ourlives!

ReplyDeleteHe's really adorable. I laughed at him covering his ears. Was the singing bad? ;) I actually hate when people sing to me on my b-day. Maybe he's that way too. lol
